Dodgers infielder Juan Uribe will manage the team on Sunday for its season finale, according to The Associated Press.

Don Mattingly said he will give himself the day off and let Uribe manage the team vs. the Rockies on Sunday afternoon. Uribe, 35, finishes the season batting .311 with nine homers and 54 RBI in 404 plate appearances.

Clayton Kershaw will be the pitching coach, according to Pedro Moura of The Orange County Register.
Zach Greinke is scheduled to start on Sunday. The Dodgers won the NL West and kick off the postseason with Game 1 on Friday, Oct. 3.
