Watch: Carlos Correa beats out infield single for first MLB hit, RBI

Houston Astros prospect Carlos Correa recorded his first career major-league hit and RBI in Monday night's game against the Chicago White Sox.
Correa hit a grounder to Chicago shortstop Alexei Ramirez, who made a nice stop in the hole and threw a one-hopper to first base. Correa was initially called out but manager A.J. Hinch challenged the call and it was reversed on replay review. The hit allowed Jonathan Villar to score from third.
Correa, the No. 1 pick in the 2012 draft, was making his MLB debut. He was called up by the Astros on Sunday after quickly passing through the minor leagues. He had not played above High-A before this season.
