Kansas City Royals third baseman Mike Moustakas and St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Carlos Martinez have won the All-Star Game Final Vote, MLB announced on Friday.
Five players from each league were selected for the Final Vote ballot, which closed at 4 p.m. Friday.

The losing AL candidates were Xander Bogaerts, Yoenis Cespedes and Brian Dozier. Yankees outfielder Brett Gardner had been on the Final Vote ballot, but was removed on Thursday after he was named an All-Star to replace the injured Alex Gordon.
Martinez is 10–3 this season with a 2.52 ERA and 113 strikeouts in 107 1/3 innings. He joins Michael Wacha, Jhonny Peralta and Matt Holliday as Cardinals on the All-Star team.
