The Yankees pulled off a double-steal to tack on an insurance run during their 8–6 win over the Orioles on Saturday.
Ahead 6–0 in the sixth, with runners on the corners, outfielder Brett Gardner broke for second and drew a throw from catcher Matt Wieters. As soon as he tried for an out at second, Jacoby Ellsbury, standing on third, raced home.
Ellsbury narrowly beat the throw to record his second steal of home this season.

Ellsbury executed a straight steal of home back in May, and has now stolen home three times in his career.
The Yankees actually needed the run, allowing the Orioles to score six in the seventh to get back in the game.
