Watch: Cubs celebrate division title at Wrigley Field

As you might have heard, the Cubs clinched the NL Central for the first time since 2008 on Thursday night. But the actual clinching didn’t occur until the Cardinals lost their night game on the West Coast, robbing the team of the opportunity to celebrate together.
So after a 10th inning win on a walk-off home run from Miguel Montero, the Cubs finally got their chance—officially and with the fans. Shirts and hats were handed out.
First, Montero’s homer, for context:

And the celebration, which mostly speaks for itself. The Cubs are going to the playoffs, again, to try and win a title, again. Billy goats be damned.

Also, chairman Tom Ricketts called this “the best team in all of baseball” (see above).
Don’t jinx it, man.
