SI and Fox Sports will air a live World Series pregame show on Facebook

The show will air before each game of the series on SI.com and FoxSports.com, as well as on the Facebook pages of both sites.

Sports Illustrated and Fox Sports are teaming up to present “Live @ the World Series” this October, a live World Series pregame show on Facebook hosted by Tom Verducci and Ken Rosenthal.

The show will air before each game of the series on SI.com and FoxSports.com, as well as on the Facebook pages of both sites. It will feature a variety of Fox Sports commentators, in addition to special guests. The broadcast will be on location, from the Fox Sports set at either Wrigley Field or Progressive Field.

Today's show prior to Game 1 between the Cubs and Indians airs at 5 p.m. ET.

SI and Fox Sports announced a partnership last month to create a large digital network.
