WATCH: Reds Fan Chugs Three Cans of Cold Chili as Thanks for Trading Homer Bailey

A Reds fan made good on a bet as a thank you to the team for trading pitcher Homer Bailey.

A Reds fan made good on a digusting bet as a thank you for trading pitcher Homer Bailey.

The fan posted to Twitter in Decemeber: "If the reds miraculously trade homer bailey and that hideous contract, I will periscope me shotgunning 3 cans of skyline chili." It looks like the initial tweet only garnered four retweets and eight likes but he felt compelled to honor the bet.

10 days later, the Reds may have seen the tweet and a deal was done.

The Los Angeles Dodgers traded outfielders Yasiel Puig and Matt Kemp, catcher Kyle Farmer and left-handed pitcher Alex Wood to Cincinnati in a blockbuster deal in December. In exchange, the Dodgers acquired Reds pitcher Homer Bailey, minor league shortstop Jeter Downs and minor league right-hander Josiah Gray in exchange along with cash considerations.

As any good sport, the fan traded his word for some chili and produced one of the more disgusting videos now circling on Twitter.

While this may have been a thank you to the team, it's doubtful his stomach is thanking him after that.
