The Angels were the most injured team in baseball last year according to the number of players placed on the injured list throughout the season.

The ballclub had the second most days on the injured list as well with 2,380.

Now, this team is looking for other options and they are hitting the job boards.

The Angels were plagued last year with players like Logan O'Hoppe, Mike Trout, Shohei Ohtani, Jo Adell, Zach Neto, Anthony Rendon, and Ben Joyce all missing a decent if not significant amount of time during the regular season.

Some injuries like Ohtani's UCL injury something that cannot really be avoided but other soft tissue injuries like Jo Adell's oblique injury where the strength and conditioning staff comes in to question how well they are doing their job.

The strength and conditioning staff was an area that Arte Moreno and Perry Minasian said they were going to look into after being questioned about possible measures to ensure players' health and help them stay on the field for entire seasons.

The Angels currently are working on finding a new manager while also signing Shohei Ohtani to the biggest contract in MLB history, but it is nice that the team is not neglecting the glaring problem that cast a shadow over the disappointing season by the Halos.

The Angels team is getting younger and hopefully with this job posting they will also be getting healthier as this team will look to compete next year after finishing 73-89.
