Angels fans, this four-game winning streak has been super fun and we're about find out what this team is really made of.

It is pretty wild when you take a look at the major hitting comparisons between stats for these two clubhouses. In batting average, total RBI's, runs, and slugging percentage, there is only a one spot difference between both of them.

Speaking of one spot, the Rangers are also the only team currently standing in the Angels' way of the number one seed in the AL West. Despite a rocky first month to start of the 2023 season, LA just may be falling into their best rhythm yet with their superstars shining like always and their newest additions putting in work as well.

Nobody is more excited to see this success right now than team manager Phil Nevin. In just his first season with this organization, he has been tasked to do something that no manager has been able to do for them in almost a decade: Lead this group to the postseason.

As I mentioned earlier, it is still very early so nothing is at all determined yet but Nevin is very excited for this series against the Rangers. He believes that after numerous weeks of roadblocks and clear areas of improvement, LA is well-prepared to go back home and face off against them.

“We feel like we had a really good road trip against two good teams,” Nevin said, “and going home to play some good clubs in our division, which are always important.”

Something to also keep an eye on is that the Rangers will be missing a key contributor in Jacob deGrom. This series is going to teach us so much about the heart and hustle of the Halos.
