Angels starting third baseman Anthony Rendon continues to have horrible injury luck.

On Tuesday, Rendon left the Angels' 4th of July game against the San Diego Padres in the top of the fourth inning after fouling a ball off his leg.

Rendon hit the part of his left leg above the shin guard, and immediately went down in pain.

He stayed down for a while before getting up and trying to walk it off. However, he had a serious limp, and was forced to exit the game in the middle of the at-bat.

Eduardo Escobar came in as a pinch-hitter for Rendon in the 1-2 count, and struck out.

As for Rendon, this was just his fifth game back since coming off the injured list. We'll continue to provide updates on the situation, but for now, he's out of the game after being in an immense amount of pain.
