The Los Angeles Angels are opening spring training on Saturday, Feb. 25 against the Seattle Mariners at 12:10 p.m. PT.

On Thursday, we got an update of who's going to be in the lineup for that game, and just as importantly, who won't.

Per Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register, here's what the defensive lineup is going to look like:

C: Matt Thaiss

1B: Kevin Padlo

2B: Luis Rengifo

3B: Gio Urshela

SS: David Fletcher

OF: Jo Adell

OF: Brett Phillips

OF: Mickey Moniak

SP: Tucker Davidson

Regarding Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani, Fletcher wrote "Other regulars like Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani are expected to play their first game when the Angels are at home Sunday."

While we don't know who's going to DH and who else is going to pitch, this does give us a nice look at a bunch of players who are competing for consistent playing time on this team.

Angels fans should be excited to see David Fletcher return to the lineup, and see what Jo Adell and Mickey Moniak can do. Also, this will be the Angels first look at Gio Urshela in game action, who's expected to have a big role for this team.

Sunday's game, which will feature Trout and Ohtani, is at Temple Diablo Stadium, where the Angels will welcome the Chicago White Sox. First pitch for that one is also at 12:10 p.m.
