In this story:

On Friday, the Los Angeles Angels announced all their non-roster invitees for 2023 Spring Training. They invited 38 players, and tons of their top prospects.

The prospects that stand out on this list are Zach Neto and Edgar Quero, the team's No. 2 and No. 3 prospects, respectively.

Neto, a first-round pick in 2022, is still just 22 years old, however, some experts predicted he'll make his MLB debut as early this season.

As for Quero, he's still just 19, but he'll get some great experience being with the big league club this year.

The Angels are also bringing RHP Ben Joyce, the hard-throwing 22-year-old who could be a closer of the future for this club.

The biggest name in terms of big league talent is former All-Star Jake Lamb, who the team signed to a minor league deal earlier in the offseason. The Angels have a ton of lineup depth on the roster, however, he's someone I think could make an impact with the big league club this season.

Pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training this week, so have no fear baseball fans, the season is finally (almost) upon us.
