The Angels have two of the best hitters on the planet, picked up other solid bats in free agency this offseason and are getting stellar seasons from their rookies.

All these things put together make up the fifth-best offense in baseball this year, according to Bleacher Report.

With the fourth-best OPS in baseball, it makes sense why the Halos rank within the top five on Bleacher Report's list.

Shohei Ohtani has been one of the best hitters in baseball as he leads the league in home runs. His league-leading 31 home runs have propelled the Angels with the fourth-most home runs in the league.

Despite having one of the worst seasons in his career, Mike Trout is contributing a lot to the team's offensive success. The veteran outfielder has 18 home runs, but is also hitting .263 with an OPS of .862.

Everyone expected these two players to be the reason why the team made this list, but the role players are having a huge impact on the team's offense.

Even though he was drafted last season, Zach Neto has solidified himself as a legit Major League Baseball player.

In 55 games he has an OPS of .769 which ranks him fifth on the team.

Another young player that has been very important for the team is Mickey Moniak. The former No. 1 overall pick is having a breakout season as he is slashing .307/.336/.658.

Moniak has been a nice surprise for an outfield that has had its fair share of injuries.

The Angels also signed Brandon Drury this offseason to get some offense from the second base position, which is something the team hasn't gotten recently.

Drury has provided just that as he has the third-most home runs on the team and the second-most RBIs.

It is impressive that the Angels have made this list as they've gotten pretty much no production from former All-Star Anthony Rendon, and are also missing the same Jared Walsh that was an All-Star a couple seasons ago.

With the current injuries to the team, though, the Halos are hoping that the high power offense that they've had throughout the first half of the season continues into a postseason run.
