Angels News: Star Rookie Catcher Logan O’Hoppe Exits Thursday’s Game Early With Shoulder Injury
The last thing you want to see from your Halos
In this story:
The Halos dropped their second game in a row against the New York Yankees, 9-3, but that wasn't the worst thing to come out of the game.
Angels catcher Logan O'Hoppe exited late in the game after singling to left but fell and appeared to hurt his left shoulder.
O'Hoppe has been having one heck of a rookie campaign and has been a real lift for the Halos.
He's batting .245 with a .819 OPS in 15 games for the Angels. He came in the season as an unproven player and has quickly turned Angel fans into believers.
We hope this is nothing too serious; we'll update you as we learn more.
