The Miami Marlins made a slew of roster moves on Saturday, one that included the release of former Angels reliever Archie Bradley.

Bradley was designated for assignment by the Marlins to make room for RHP George Soriano on the active roster.

Bradley appeared in just four games with Miami and struggled mightily in those 7.1 innings. The right-hander allowed 10 earned runs and 14 hits, giving him an ERA of 12.27 and a WHIP of 2.32.

Obviously, no one would want to touch a pitcher with those numbers, but Bradley was much better in Triple-A this season. In 18.1 innings, Bradley had a solid 2.95 ERA.

Bradley will now head to waivers, hoping to find a new home yet again. After pitching the first five-plus years of his career with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Bradley has bounced around the league, playing for the Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Phillies, Angels and Marlins.

Bradley is still just 30 years old, and could be an interesting depth piece in the minor leagues. Last year with the Halos, he had a 4.82 ERA in 18.2 innings. He's unlikely to get an MLB contract, but a team could add him for minor league depth, and hope that they can help him get back to being a somewhat dominant reliever.

Minor league deals come with no risk, so it could be an intriguing option for the Halos bullpen.
