The Los Angeles Angels will be looking to keep things going, following their comeback win over the San Diego Padres yesterday afternoon. The Angels will be taking on the division rival Texas Rangers from Tempe Diablo Stadium.

Left-hander Patrick Sandoval takes the mound for the Halos, looking for a much better showing this time around. In 4.2 innings this spring, Sandoval is 0-1 with an ERA of 7.71. As the Angels build their rotation for the season, Sandoval will need to show that he can be relied upon going forward.

Mike Trout is not in the starting lineup today, so look for others to step up in his absence. Anthony Rendon is playing today after dealing with a groin injury the last few weeks. He played in yesterday's game also, as he looks to get back into full game shape for the regular season.

Lineups

How to Watch

First pitch is scheduled for 1:10 pm PT. For the Angels TV broadcast, turn into Bally Sports West. For the Rangers, Bally Sports Southwest. The game will also be available on the radio, with the Angels broadcast on KLAA 830 and the Rangers on MLB.com.

Predictions

Rangers take this game 5-2.

More

Nathan Eovaldi takes the mound for Texas today, giving the Angels a nice test to go up against. He holds an ERA of 1.80 over five innings of work this spring, so look for him to challenge the Halos today.

Infielder Brandon Drury is back in the lineup today, looking to build off his home run from yesterday. Without Trout, Drury will need to help set the tone for the Angels.
