The Angels have finally made it to the All-Star break and can finally get a breather from playing baseball, but from the talks of Angels Star, Shohei Ohtani - that's something they'll never stop hearing.

And from the looks of it, Angels Manager, Phil Nevin, is tired of talking about it.

LA Times columnist, Bill Plashke, was able to have a moment to nag at Nevin's ear about the "Ohtani stuff", in which Nevin responded with, "what stuff?"

It's clear that every one a part of the Angels organization is fed up with the possibility of Ohtani being traded by the August 1st trade deadline, and the conversation probably will not end even after we find out the decision.

As for Nevin, he and the team try their best to keep their eyes focused on baseball.

“I don’t pay attention to that stuff,” he said. “I know it goes on, the players and us, it’s not something we talk about. We come out, we know he’s our teammate today...“And we’re ready to utilize him and be as best we can with him,” Nevin said. “He’s a great teammate, he likes being here, we love having him here.”

Atta boy, Phil! That's the spirit!

In all seriousness, this is probably the best the team can do in terms of not being distracted from all the talks and rumors they've been hearing since the offseason.

There's no rulebook or manual on how to handle having the best player in baseball possibly being traded or released from your team, so I'd say these kind of reactions from everyone are completely valid.

Nonetheless, until the decision is made, noise will continue to get louder and louder.
