How to Watch Houston Astros and Tigers Monday, Channel, Streams and Lineups

The Houston Astros (2-2) will host the Detroit Tigers (0-3) on Monday night at Minute Maid Park in the first of a three game series. Houston is coming off of an opening weekend series with the Chicago White Sox in which they split the series.
The Astros offense scored 17 runs over the course of four games, averaging 4.25 runs per game. That is a .25 run decrease from last season, a marginal difference. The issue this past season was the pitching staff who allowed 16 runs in four games.
Of course the White Sox are a strong team to open up against as they are seen as one of the contenders in the American League.
Now, Houston will face a Tigers team for three-straight and are seen as the heavy favorites.
First pitch on Monday is slated for 7:10 p.m. CT and Hunter Brown will make his 2023 MLB season debut on the mound. He will face Detroit starter Matt Boyd.
The game can be watched on AT&T SportsNet Southwest or streamed on MLB.tv if you are not in the local Houston market.
