The Houston Astros saw an encouraging win Monday night in their first of three games against the Pittsburgh Pirates. They kept a significant lead through all nine innings and finished the game 8-2. 

Mauricio Dubon had a standout performance going 3-for-5, something fans are relieved to see after some noticeable offensive struggles in the first two series. 

Tuesday's game will feature Cristian Javier on the mound with first pitch scheduled for 5:35 p.m. CT.
