There is palpable excitement surrounding the Houston Astros heading into this upcoming season after maintaining a roster that should compete for their third World Series championship.

Even though they lost three of their relievers to free agency and another to injury, the front office was able to trade for a promising arm while also adding superstar closer Josh Hader.

Some concern was brought up about how signing Hader to a megadeal might impact the current bullpen unit, especially Ryan Pressly who has been one of the top closers in baseball since joining the Astros.

Only time will tell throughout the long season how team comradery was impacted, but right now it seems like everything is all good.

That was evident when Pressly was mic'd up for a live batting practice session against his teammates.

While getting lose he's talking to newly signed backup catcher Victor Caratini about what his strategy on the mound is going to be, especially when he faces their superstar third baseman Alex Bregman.

The video catches a hilarious interaction between the two that resulted in the star reliever striking out Bregman.

Pressly faces one more batter before his work for the day is over, also providing another comical moment when he gets frustrated with himself for a poor pitch.

He then discusses his performance with Caratini who said that the reliever's fastball looked good.

That's a positive for Houston and their fans as Pressly will be a major factor in them having one of the best back end bullpen units in baseball this year.

Pressly also revealed another positive.

"I will say, Breggy does look a little bit more jacked," he said.

Bregman has talked about how he's coming into this upcoming season feeling much better than in years past and is expecting a huge performance from himself.

The behind the scenes look also showed Hader coming to talk with Pressly once he got off the mound.
