Two young righty-handed pitchers will represent Toronto at the 2023 Futures Game.

Hurlers Yosver Zulueta and Sem Robberse will head to Seattle for the prospect showcase. The game will be held on Saturday, July 8th at 7 pm ET in T-Mobile Park.

Zulueta, a Cuban flamethrower, has pitched for Triple-A Buffalo this season, posting a 4.34 ERA in 37.1 innings. He began the season as a starter but has recently transitioned into a single-inning relief role. The strikeouts have always been there for the 25-year-old, but walks have hurt him in 2023, with 31 free passes in 37.1 frames.

Robberse is a command-first righty pitching for Double-A New Hampshire this season. The 21-year-old Netherlands native owns a 4.54 ERA in 14 starts (67.1 innings). He's struck out 8.8 batters per nine while walking just 3.5.

This will be Zulueta's second crack at the MLB Futures game, as the righty represented the Jays alongside top prospect Ricky Tiedemann at last year's showcase.

Zulueta and Robberse will join an American League roster featuring Oakland catching prospect Tyler Soderstrom, Baltimore's Hseton Kjerstad, Detroit's Colt Keith, and other future AL stars.
