The Atlanta Braves rallied late against Miami yesterday afternoon, with a ninth-inning, two-out, two-strike homer from Marcell Ozuna lifting Atlanta to a victory and a series win

And so, with business handled, the Braves get to go back to a site of one of their greatest triumphs - Minute Maid Park, where Atlanta won game six of the 2021 World Series to bring home the organization’s fourth world championship.

It’ll be the 2024 debut of prospect Darius Vines, making a spot start, matched up against fellow prospect Spencer Arrighetti for the Houston Astros.

Lineups for the Atlanta Braves and Houston Astros on Monday, April 15th

Here's how Atlanta will line up for the contest:

RF Ronald Acuña Jr
2B Ozzie Albies
3B Austin Riley
1B Matt Olson
DH Marcell Ozuna
CF Michael Harris II
C Travis d’Arnaud
LF Jarred Kelenic
SS Luis Guillorme

Vines had an impressive debut for Atlanta. Being called up for a spot start on August 30th on the road in Colorado, Vines held the Rockies to two runs on four hits in six innings, the first visiting pitcher that was making his MLB debut in Coors Field to go that long with that few runs scored in MLB history. For his time in the majors, he went 1-0 with a 3.98 ERA in five appearances, making two starts.

Here's Houston’s lineup:

2B Jose Altuve
DH Yordan Alvarez
RF Kyle Tucker
3B Alex Bregman
C Yanier Diaz
LF Chaz McCormick
SS Jeremy Peña
1B Jose Abreu
CF Mauricio Dubón

Arrighetti, called up due to the multiple rotation injuries decimating Houston pitching, has struggled to get his footing in the majors. Making his first career major league start last week against the Royals, he lasted only three innings with seven runs allowed on seven hits, walking three and striking out three.
