Sam Hilliard went deep against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Spring training rolls on and Atlanta Braves outfielder Sam Hilliard is making the most of it.

Hilliard went long on an 0-1 pitch in the top of the seventh off of Erik Swanson to tie the game.

The Braves would go on to drop the game 3-1 after giving up two runs in the bottom of the seventh.

In 2022, Hilliard's batting average was just .184 across 174 at-bats. He had two home runs and 14 RBIs.

In Thursday's action, Hilliard ended the game with two hits.

The Braves defeated Puerto Rico 9-0 earlier in the day. Atlanta will face the Tampa Bay Rays at 1:05 ET on Friday.
