WATCH: Eddie Rosario hits a BOMB in the bottom of the 8th inning to give Atlanta the lead over San Francisco
Never count out the Atlanta Braves.
Down 5-4 to the San Francisco Giants late, staring down intimidating sidearming reliever Tyler Rogers, Eddie Rosario did not blink.
With a runner on 1st, Eddie took a first pitch sinker and absolutely LAUNCHED it to dead center, coming off the bat at 107.6 mph and ending up in the fountains in center field for a two-run home run.
It's Rosario's 19th home run of the season and one of his four hits on the night, prompting a curtain call for Eddie Money from the Truist Park faithful. He'll finish with two runs and three RBIs as the catalyst of Atlanta's offense tonight.
Closer Raisel Iglesias is on for the 2nd consecutive game, hoping to close this one out and secure the early series victory. If Atlanta takes the victory, it'll be their MLB-leading 13th win when trailing in the 8th inning or later on the season.
