WATCH: Ronald Acuña Jr. smokes a homer on the first pitch of the game

On Ronald Acuña Chain giveaway night, the man himself delivers right away

We know Ronald Acuña Jr. is deadly on the first pitch, but apparently Twins starter Joe Ryan didn't.

He probably knows now, though, as La Bestia took him deep on his first delivery of the game, taking a middle-middle fastball out to right-center. This is Acuña's 18th bomb of the season, tying the game at one after the Twinkies scratched a run across of Bryce Elder in the top of the first.

How to watch the Atlanta Braves

The game broadcast, with Voice of the Braves Brandon Gaudin, is available inside Braves Country on Bally Sports South and is available on TBS and MLB.TV outside of the broadcast area. The radio call, with Ben Ingram, is available locally on 680 AM/93.7 FM The Fan or outside the Atlanta market on the Atlanta Braves Radio Network or MLB.com.
