The Chicago Cubs are now even for the season after seek to get above .500 for the first time this season when they host the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday night at Wrigley Field.  

The Cubs (2-2) have now won two straight games since the Cubs lost their first two games of the season while in Arlington, Texas, to face the Rangers.

The big news at Wrigley Field on Monday was the debut of left-hander Shota Imanaga, the Cubs’ big free-agent acquisition this offseason. He has an terrific debut for the Cubs, taking a no-hitter into the sixth inning and striking out nine as he shut out the Rockies. The Cubs eventually won, 5-0.

Christopher Morel continued his blistering start to the season, as he went 2-for-3 and had a “little league home run.” Cody Bellinger drove in two runs as the Cubs racked up nine hits for the game.
