The Arizona Diamondbacks kickoff their official spring training workouts tomorrow, February 14th, at Salt River Fields in Scottsdale.  In fact many players have already been in camp for weeks as the team is eager to get on with the work to get back to the World Series. Tomorrow is the first mandatory workout date for pitchers and catchers however. The first full workout including all position players  takes place on February 19th.

As every year, all workouts are open to the public. Workouts run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  Fans can park in the Desert Lot on the north side of the complex, which is best accessed via 90th Street off Via de Ventura.

The first spring training game takes place February 23rd, with the Colorado Rockies playing host to the D-backs at Salt River Fields. The two teams share the facility and  the next day, February 24th, the D-backs will be the home team, hosting the Rockies. In total the Diamondbacks will play 32 Cactus league games through March 24th, including split squad games.

There will also be two exhibition games on March 25th and 26th at Chase Field against the Cleveland Guardians. Opening day for the 2024 regular season is March 28th at Chase Field against the Rockies.  Tickets for all Spring Training and Regular season games, both home and away can be purchased HERE
