Freddie Freeman is somehow getting better with age. Since joining the Dodgers, he's been among the best players in baseball -- arguably even better than his 12 seasons with the Atlanta Braves.

On Sunday, he had two hits and connected on his 23rd home run of the season. That bomb was a sight to behold and it was caught on ESPN's umpire camera which gave us this intoxicating look at his textbook approach at the plate.

What made it even more exciting was the fact that it came on the 10th pitch of his battle against former Dodger Rich Hill, who was making his first start with the Padres.

Freddie's incredible night also is noteworthy in that it put him at the top of the National League in wRC+ and, possibly, at the top of the NL MVP race.

The Dodgers defeated the Padres 8-2 and look to take the series win on Monday with Tony Gonsolin on the mound.
