Joe Kelly is gonna Joe Kelly. That's not an expression but it definitely should be. The electric reliever is back with the Dodgers after a nearly two season detour and quickly found himself the center of a viral caught on camera moment.

In his second appearance with the team, he came in to face the rival San Diego and during his outing he faced Padres star Fernando Tatis Jr. Kelly got the best of Tatis and left him with some parting words after striking him out.

Note: the language is not family friendly.

The 8 pitch epic at-bat featured a few up close and personal fastballs for Tatis before the eventual punch out by Kelly.

Adding to the insult, the Dodgers claimed the lead late against the Padres and could be en route to winning the first game of the four game series.

LA Loves Joe Kelly

Joe Kelly is no stranger to these kind of moments in a Dodger uniform. Back during the 2020 season, he became a sensation after striking out then Astros shortstop Carlos Correa and following that up with a pouty face and some more not so kind words as the two exchanged "pleasantries".
