In this story:

Dodgers catcher Austin Barnes was slated to start for the Dodgers on Tuesday vs. the Angels. However, a few hours before first pitch, he was scratched from the lineup and replaced by catcher Chris Okey.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts addressed the media before the game, and said Barnes was scratched due to back tightness.

There's no reason for anyone to play through injury in spring training, so it makes sense that the Dodgers are being cautious with Barnes.

It doesn't sound like a big deal, so hopefully Barnes is able to get back on the field soon.

Here's the full Dodgers lineup for Tuesday's Cactus League game against the Angels:

  1. Mookie Betts, 2B
  2. Shohei Ohtani, DH
  3. Freddie Freeman, 1B
  4. Teoscar Hernández, LF
  5. Max Muncy, 3B
  6. Jason Heyward, RF
  7. Kiké Hernández, CF
  8. Miguel Rojas, SS
  9. Chris Okey, C

Bobby Miller is taking the mound for the Dodgers for his second start of spring.

First pitch is at 5:05 p.m. PT.
