The Los Angeles Dodgers are taking on the San Diego Padres in a four-game series this weekend that spans Friday to Monday.

While the Dodgers haven't announced their pitching probables yet outside of Bobby Miller in Friday's opener, on Thursday, Padres general manager AJ Preller made some announcements regarding the Padres' rotation.

The big story that came from Preller was regarding the team's newest addition, Rich Hill. He said Hill, the former Dodger, will start Sunday's game against his ex-club.

This will be Hill's debut for the Padres, so he'll want to get his San Diego journey off on the right foot. And, of course, he'll be doing that against the team he spent four seasons with in the Dodgers.

When Hill makes his Padres debut on Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN, it'll be the 13th team he's played for. This year with the Pirates, he sported a 4.57 ERA in 119 innings, but the Friars wanted to add more depth and length to their rotation, and he'll do just that.

It's going to be weird for Dodger fans to have to root against one of their all-time favorites in Rich Hill, but it'll just add to a long year of reunions for LA.
