Dodgers Star Mookie Betts is set to participate in his first ever Home Run Derby tonight and let's just say that he doesn't have high hopes for his chances of making it all the way in the contest.

Hours before the start of the event, Mookie held his All-Star game media availability and was asked to assess his odds of winning it all.

He kept things honest.

"I think my chances are pretty low. But, you know... they're not zero."

The seven time All-Star has been on a hot streak at the plate leading up to the Derby, hitting 9 homers in his last 15 games and 26 home runs in the first half, a career-high before the break.

Despite the power surge, he's kept his expectations low, as has his manager Dave Roberts who has been diplomatic when answering questions about Mookie's chances.

Betts faces Blue Jays star Vlad Guerrero Jr in the first round tonight on ESPN.
