The Dodgers are Red Sox are reportedly engaged in trade talks surrounding former Dodger Kiké Hernández, according to AM570's Dave Vassegh. The Dodgers have shown interest in Hernández for the past few days, according to Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic.

The teams remain engaged in trade talks, and Red Sox beat writer Ian Browne said that Red Sox manager Alex Cora said a roster move is coming and that Hernández was pulled from indoor batting practice.

This would be a very interesting move for LA, who has a real need for a right-handed bat. However, Hernández is struggling against left-handed pitching this year, sporting an OPS of just .652 with one home run and seven runs batted in.

If Hernández is the only upgrade LA makes as far as righty bats go, it would be a pretty disappointing deadline in terms of offense. However, if he's one of multiple moves, he would obviously address the need for infield and outfield depth, and could work with LA to get back to being at least an average hitter.

We will continue to update you with information regarding this story, but it definitely sounds like Hernández is being traded, and it seems most likely to be with the Dodgers.
