The Dodgers made a change in their bullpen in preparation for a three-game set against the Cincinnati Reds, calling up an arm who's had an impactful year in Triple-A and sending one who recently made his Dodger debut back down.

The Dodgers optioned Tayler Scott to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Thursday and called up Nick Robertson, according to the team.

Robertson has had an impressive season for the OKC Dodgers, registering a 2.13 ERA over 24 appearances on the year. He has good strikeout numbers as well, recording 37 punchouts across his 25 1/3 innings of work. That's good enough for a 13.1 K/9 ratio, numbers that would lead the Pacific Coast League if he had enough innings to qualify. He'll make his major league debut if he makes an appearance this series.

Scott's done well in his own right, boasting a 1.37 ERA for OKC over 19 appearances.

He made his Dodgers debut on Saturday against the New York Yankees, putting up 1.2 hitless innings and getting two strikeouts.

On the day that the Dodgers call up a prospect, the Reds called up one of their own, bringing top prospect Elly de la Cruz to Cincinnati. He's in the lineup for the Reds on Wednesday, batting in the cleanup spot.

As for Robertson, he will be looking to become the fourth Dodger to make his MLB debut this season. Additionally, rookie outfielder Jonny DeLuca, who was called up on Sunday, is yet to make his debut, too.

If both get into a game this series, the Dodgers will have had five players make their debuts this season. The fact that we're only in June makes that quite impressive.

First pitch of the series opener for Dodgers vs. Reds is tonight at 4:10 PM PT on Spectrum SportsNet LA. We'll see if Robertson (or DeLuca) get into the game at some point.
