How To Watch, Listen, Stream San Francisco Giants vs. Tampa Bay Rays
The San Francisco Giants continue the hard work of trying to claw back to .500 as they prepare for a three-game series with the Tampa Bay Rays that starts on Friday at Tropicana Field.
The Giants (5-8) are coming off a 7-1 win over the Washington Nationals on Wednesday, with an off-day that allowed them to travel cross-country to prepare for the Rays, who haven’t set their rotation yet for the series.
San Francisco is now 3-6 for the month, which includes road trip to Los Angeles where they were swept in three games by the Dodgers.
Offensively, Michael Conforto is leading the way for the Giants. He is batting .326 with three home runs and 11 RBIs. That leads all three categories among team qualifiers. Meanwhile, a pair of their free-agent signings from the offseason are off to slow starts — Matt Chapman (.208, two home runs, nine RBI) and Jorge Soler (.191, two home runs, three RBI).
Jordan Hicks is off to a masterful start in the rotation, with a 2-0 record and a 1.00 ERA in three starts. The Giants will get their second look at Blake Snell this weekend, as his turn comes back around in the rotation.
Here is the preview for the game, with probable pitchers, how to watch, listen and more.
