Cleveland Indians manager Terry Francona remains hospitalized for the third-straight day and will miss Thursday night's game against the San Diego Padres.

Bench coach Brad Mills will manage for the third game in a row.

Francona was admitted to the Cleveland Clinic on Tuesday for a rapid heartbeat and dizziness.

He experienced similar issues earlier in June forcing him to exit games early on two separate occasions.

No decision has been made regarding Francona's availability to manage Tuesday's 2017 All-Star Game in Miami, but it is becoming less likely with each day.
