The 2024 MLB season has been marred by a lot of bad calls from umpires and that continued Monday night when Arizona Diamondbacks designated hitter Joc Pederson was rung up in a key moment on a called third strike that sure looked like a ball low.

Pederson was rightfully not happy about the call, which came with two runners on in a one-run game in the bottom of the eighth inning, and got possibly the fastest ejection of the season as home plate umpire Mark Carlson wasted no time in throwing him out of the game.
