The New York Mets have promoted top pitching prospect Blade Tidwell to Double-A Binghamton and 2022 first-round draft pick Jett Williams to High-A Brooklyn.

Tidwell, a second-round pick in 2022, is the Mets' No. 6 ranked prospect in their farm, according to MLB Pipeline.

In 17 starts for High-A Brooklyn this season, the 22-year-old posted a 3.09 ERA with 112 strikeouts across 81.2 innings.

Tidwell is expected to make his debut with Double-A Binghamton on Wednesday against New Hampshire.

As for Williams, the infielder is going from Low-A St. Lucie to High-A Brooklyn.

Williams is still just 19-years-old and was selected in the first-round last year with catcher Kevin Parada.

Williams is the Mets' No. 4 ranked prospect in their farm system. He stole 32 bases and posted a .832 OPS in 79 games for St. Lucie this season.
