The Baltimore Orioles have done a fantastic job throughout their rebuild by getting elite talents into their pipeline through the draft and other methods.

They've produced three-consecutive No. 1 overall prospects with Jackson Holliday officially following in the footsteps of Adley Rutschman and Gunnar Henderson.

Both Rutschman and Henderson are starring at the Major League level, something Holliday is hoping he can do soon.

He'll be with the Orioles at Spring Training with a real shot at making the Opening Day roster if he performs well.

It would be a meteoric rise for the 20-year-old son of former Major League player Matt Holliday.

In his first full professional season, the younger Holliday was able to jump four levels to Triple-A by the end of the year after starting at Single-A.

There's no doubt the No. 1 prospect in the sport is a special player.

But, Baltimore's offensive strategy coach, Cody Asche, says Holliday is a special person as well.

"It’s almost impossible how humble he is. I think Jackson is such a humble kid. You put most humans in the upbringing he had with a dad that is on the Hall of Fame ballot and you grow up in big league clubhouses. It’s just like, how can you just be such a good person? I think that is what attracts everybody to him. His teammates love him, he loves his teammates and he is fun to admire," he told Steve Melewski of MASN.

At 20 years old with massive expectations, the son of a Major League player could easily have some diva qualities to him.

Asche says that's not the case with Holliday.

Knowing he's been great in the clubhouse and with his teammates to start his career is a great sign for the Orioles as they will have multiple MVP-caliber players on their roster for years to come.

Asche, a former big leaguer for five years, has been around plenty of personalities as a player, and now as a coach.

It seems like he's excited to work with the superstar prospect and the coaching staff has enjoyed their time with him as he continues to develop.

If Holliday makes the Opening Day roster, it will be one of the most anticipated debuts for the franchise in a long time.
