The Baltimore Orioles could be in the mix for the next decade. After winning 101 games in the regular season, it's clear that there's no shortage of talent in Baltimore. What makes it even more impressive is that this is just the beginning for this team.

There weren't many flaws on the Orioles roster. Adley Rutschman, Gunnar Henderson, Anthony Santander, and others all impressed. However, it was the staff that raised questions.

Whether that be a front-of-the-line starter or bullpen help, Baltimore could make a move or two during the offseason to bolster their rotation. Felix Bautista underwent Tommy John in October and barring a miracle, he won't pitch until at least the end of 2024.

Grayson Rodriguez is the name in Baltimore when it comes to starting pitching. The 23-year-old had some struggles during the season but has everything a young arm needs. With a fastball in the 94th percentile, Rodriguez looks to have a long and successful career.

With the chance of adding another high-end arm next to their young star, reports indicate that Baltimore is interested in getting a deal done. Whether that be a free agent signing or trade, the Orioles are expected to make a move or two for rotation help.

According to The Athletic's Jim Bowden, a name to watch for Baltimore could be Tampa Bay Rays Tyler Glasnow.

"His trade market will be robust, filled with contending teams like the Dodgers, Rangers, Orioles and Braves who are looking for short-term, top-of-the-rotation starters."

At 30-years-old, Glasnow could be the perfect piece for Baltimore. The injury concerns are valid, but he seems to be healthy.

It was evident last season that with the right starting pitching help, they could make a huge run. What better way to accomplish that than by adding an arm that's thrown in high-leverage playoff games throughout his career?
