Big news came on Tuesday as FuboTV Inc. and the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network announced an agreement that will have the streaming service become the home of Baltimore Orioles baseball games.

Viewers will be able to access these games within a range that will span seven states from Harrisburg, Pa. to Charlotte, N.C.

This plan does not only include Orioles games, but will also have pre- and post- game coverage, as well as both men's and women's NCAA Division I sports.

It will also include expanded coverage of the Washington Nationals.

Todd Mathers, the senior vice president of content strategy and acquisition at Fubo, had this to say about the partnership:

"Fubo is proud to be the home for local sports and the addition of MASN will bring Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals fans even more access to their favorite teams for the 2024 MLB season."

MASN also added their excitement about the partnership that will allow fans of the Orioles and Nationals easier access to games.

"MASN is excited to partner with Fubo and provide Orioles and Nationals fans with an exciting new option to connect with their favorite teams throughout our seven-state television territory," said John McGuinness, the senior vice president of MASN.

"Fubo has become a leading sports media platform and this new partnership will deliver O’s and Nats baseball to a significant new audience."

This plan could not come at a better time for Baltimore fans as the team is coming off of their first AL East division title since 2014 and has a young, exciting roster.

Three of the players that played last year made ESPN's Top 100 players in baseball list.

They could have another star on their hands as the first overall selection in the 2022 MLB draft, Jackson Holliday, is expected to jump to the big leagues this year and be an early contributor.
