The San Diego Padres will look to get back to .500 today against their division rival Los Angeles Dodgers. Every Padre star will play tonight; however, the lineup will look slightly different as superstar Manny Macahdo moves up one spot in the batting order.

Manny has been batting third for most of the season but will bat second in the order tonight. The Padres dropped their first of three against the Dodgers last night, 4-2, even after getting eight hits, two more than LA.

Tonight, they'll look to score more runs than their opponent, which they have failed to do over their last three games. Padres manager Bob Melvin is hoping to get the offesne to a hot start by moving Machado up, and hopefully, it pays off with a Fernando Tatis Jr and Manny, 1-2 duo.

The Padres' top four in their lineup are one of the most lethal in the sport, but that has yet to translate to wins. They'll look for a better start offensively and hope their righty ace on the mound, Joe Musgrove, performs like the All-Star he is.

Let's hope this lineup change sparks something in Manny and the rest of the lineup. The first pitch will be at 4:15 PM PT at Dodger Stadium.
