Please do not let any crowd at an opposing field let you determine your opinions on Fernando Tatis Jr. He is still very much the superstar that you remember from 2021 and his return to the field this season has already been one to remember.

We have to start off with him taking full advantage of being a sneaker free agent. I don't think there's been anybody with a cleaner cleat rotation than Nando every right now... every sneaker head should be tuning into his footwear each game.

Then, of course, you have the viral video where he used some pretty hard chants from the Chicago Cubs crowd to fuel some mid-game dance moves and show that their words had no negative impact on him.

To think that Tatis is still just 24-years-old is pretty remarkable. Even though San Diego's roster looks notably different than when Nando last played for the franchise in 2021, many fans would agree that he is still viewed as the future leader of the clubhouse.

With this title also comes something that he has grown quite accustomed to... handling the spotlight. Wrigley Park was just one of many hostile environments the new outfielder will have to step into but Nando never takes the smile off of his face. The San Diego-Union Tribune's Kevin Acee detailed how the young star addresses every fan.

"He acknowledged the crowd a lot. And when Tatis turned to wave directly at a young boy in a Padres hat who was wearing a Tatis Jr. jersey (his mom wore a knit Cubs hat), almost the entire section beyond right field erupted in an “Awwww.”

Few can connect with the fans like Tatis can.
