The San Diego Padres have been blessed to be loaded with superstar talent in all facets of their team, from the outfield to the infield and the pitchers. However, none are possibly quite bigger than sluggers Juan Soto and Xander Bogaerts. These two not only excel in the diamond but also shove weight in the weight room.

Recently, during their three-game series in Washington, two-star players, Soto and Bogaerts, were interviewed by the social media dynamic duo known as the Bat Boys Baseball. This unique pair is known for asking random questions to athletes before games, giving fans a glimpse into the personalities of these extraordinary athletes.

During their interview, the Bat Boys didn't shy away from delving into the weightlifting prowess of these baseball giants. It became apparent that both Soto and Bogaerts take their strength training seriously, recognizing its significance in shaping them into peak physical condition for the game.

Soto, who can take any pitch out of the ballpark with one swing of the bat, revealed that his max squat is 560 pounds. The lefty slugger stands at 6 feet one inch and 220 pounds. That kind of weight to lift is impressive and shows how seriously he takes his workouts.

Bogaerts, on the other hand, doesn't move much weight, as he revealed he is more of an explosive guy. Still, you can see by his physique alone that he is no slouch in the weight room.

The Bat Boys also caught up with superstar Fernando Tatis Jr, who admitted he's not much of a weightlifting guy but loves to hike and has accomplished incredible feats in the swimming pool.

it's clear the three stars in San Diego do what it takes to stay in tip-top shape, and it shows with their durability.

These three players do it all on the diamond and take all the necessary steps to better themselves in the training facilities.
