How to Watch Philadelphia Phillies at Reds Friday, Channel, Stream and Lineups
The Philadelphia Phillies will play the second game of a four-game set against the Cincinnati Reds on Friday night at the Great American Ball Park. Morale across the fanbase could not be lower after one of the most disappointing two week starts this team has had in a while.
Expectations were sky-high entering the 2023 MBL season as the reigning National League champions, but this defied all thoughts.
The pitching rotation has been discouraging. The rotation flat. And the bullpen lackluster. But there is still hope, that is the beauty of baseball.
That hope renews on Friday night when Taijuan Walker takes the mound for his third start in a Phillies uniform.
First pitch is slated for 6:40 p.m. ET and Walker will face Connor Overton of the Reds.
The game will be televised on NBC Sports Philadelphia in the Philadelphia market. It can be streamed on MLB.tv for those not in the media market.
