The Philadelphia Phillies have set their pitching probables for their three-game series with the Pittsburgh Pirates, which starts on Tuesday at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.

Game times are 6:40 p.m. eastern on Tuesday and Wednesday, and at 6:05 p.m. on Thursday.

The Pirates had not set their pitching probables for the series as of Monday.

The Phillies expected to start right-hander Aaron Nola (12-9, 4.57) on Tuesday.

He is coming off a no-decision against Atlanta on Wednesday, where he threw six innings and allowed six hits and two earned runs. He also struck out eight and walked none. Nola is now 3-1 with a 4.89 ERA in his last seven starts, with 41 strikeouts and 10 walks in his last 38.2 innings.

The Phillies expect to start right-hander Ranger Suarez (4-6, 3.89) on Wednesday.

Suarez won his last start against the New York Mets on Thursday. He gave up five hits and four earned runs in 6.1 innings. He struck out six and walked two. In his last seven starts he is 2-1 with a 3.27 ERA, with 42 strikeouts and 18 walks in 41.1 innings.

The Phillies will then go with right-hander Zack Wheeler (13-6, 3.64) on Thursday.

Wheeler beat the Mets on Saturday, as he gave up eight hits and three earned run in seven innings. He struck out six and walked one. He is 4-1 with a 3.68 ERA in his last seven starts, with 47 strikeouts and nine walks in his last 44 innings.

After the Pirates, the Phillies have one regular-season series left, which starts Friday in New York against the Mets.
