Bryce Harper started another game at first base for the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday night. He also hit a game-tying home run in the sixth inning.

It was quite the shot by the left-handed hitter, too.

But that wasn’t the fun part, apparently.

After Harper hit his fifth home run of the season, a fan got rowdy and, for some reason, wanted a piece of the Phillies. Like, all of them.

Per The Athletic:

After Bryce Harper homered to tie the game, a man wearing a UCLA shirt began yelling at the entire Phillies dugout and appeared to challenge them to a fight. He was escorted out and flipped off the crowd with the double bird.

Harper made his first start at first base last Friday against Cleveland, his return to the field after suffering a partially torn UCL ligament that took him out of the outfield and limited him to designated hitter for the rest of 2022. He helped the Phillies reach the World Series.

After the season he had Tommy John surgery and made the fastest recovery for a position player in baseball history, as he was cleared for baseball activities 159 days after surgery, surpassing the record timetable set by Tony Womack (182 days) in 2004.

Once he returned, the Phillies limited his work to designated hitter while he continued to rehabilitate his arm. Moving to first base represented the most positive step for Harper and the Phillies, who have been without their regular first baseman, Rhys Hoskins, all season after he tore his ACL in Spring Training.

The Phillies, who won Tuesday's game, 4-3, continue their series with the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday.
