Rangers Injury Report

C/DH Mitch Garver (10-Day, Mild left knee sprain, placed on April 10, retroactive to April 9, eligible to return April 19): Garver had two home runs and six RBI before the injury.

OF Leody Taveras (10-Day, right quad, placed on March 30, retroactive to March 27, eligible to return): Taveras has been on a rehab assignment with Double-A Frisco since Thursday.

RHP Josh Sborz (15-Day, ankle, placed on March 30, retroactive to March 27, eligible to return April 11): Sborz last pitched on March 22. He threw an inning of scoreless relief for Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday.

RHP Spencer Howard (60-Day, shoulder impingement, lat injury, placed on March 30, retroactive to March 27, moved to 60-Day IL on April 10, eligible to return May 29): Howard hasn’t pitched since March 1.

RHP Glenn Otto (60-Day, sprained shoulder, lat injury, placed on March 30, eligible to return May 29): Otto is in Arizona to continue rehabilitation for the shoulder.

LHP Brett Martin (60-Day, shoulder surgery): Martin had surgery on Jan. 18 and is expected to miss most of the 2023 season.
