Texas Rangers Unveil Exciting New Ballpark Food
Everything's bigger in Texas. At least that's the case at Globe Life Field this year if the unveiling of their new concessions on Monday was any indicator.
What will likely become one of the most popular dishes at the ballpark this year, is also one of the most impressive in the Boomburger. It's the big brother to the Boomstick, a two-foot long hotdog, and itself is two feet of pure burger and cheese. It also includes jalapenos, chili and onion rings.
It's a can't miss.
Next up is the Flamin' Hot Cheetos Pretzel. It's exactly what it sounds like – a pretzel covered with Flamin' Hot Cheetos crumbs. It's sure to be a fan favorite and is much easier to carry with you to your seat than say ... a two-foot-long burger.
The Pizza Dawwg is a head turner. It's a beef hot dog topped with all the pepperoni pizza toppings. It's an interesting take on a ballpark favorite and should find plenty of success.
Finally featured is the Brisket Croissant. It's a croissant filled with brisket and covered in a Sweet Baby Ray's donut-style glaze. The perfect sweet and salty barbecue snack that fits right in with the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex culture.
Also included in the new foods lineup but not featured by the Texas Rangers is the PLT Sandwich, Corn Ribs and the beef rib from Hurtado's.
