C Jonah Heim (10-Day, left wrist tendon strain, July 28, retroactive to July 27, eligible to return): Heim took swings at a ball on a tee and caught a bullpen session on Monday in Oakland.

3B Josh Jung (10-Day, left thumb fracture, Aug. 7, eligible to return on Aug. 17): Jung will have surgery on his thumb on Wednesday and will be out for at least six weeks.

INF Brad Miller (10-Day, hamstring tightness, Aug. 2, eligible to return Aug. 11): The Rangers put Miller on the IL to make room for Corey Seager.

P Nathan Eovaldi (15-Day, right forearm strain, July 30, retroactive to July 27, eligible Aug. 10): He is estimated to need more than a week before returning.

P Jacob deGrom (60-Day, right elbow inflammation): deGrom is out for the rest of the 2023 season after being diagnosed with a torn UCL ligament. He had surgery on June 12.

LHP Brett Martin (60-Day, shoulder surgery): Martin had surgery on Jan. 18 and is expected to miss most of the 2023 season.

RHP Jake Odorizzi (60-Day, right arm fatigue): Odorizzi underwent arthroscopic surgery on his shoulder and will miss the entire 2023 season.
